1.  Give us a call - We would love to take your call at (573) 476-1000 during regular office hours. This is the best option if you are needing an immediate appointment.

2. Request an appointment online - Simply fill out our form below! You will easily be able to choose from times that are available for new members. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.

3.  Send us an email - Send an email to info@chirorestoration.com with your name, phone, preferred appointment date/time, and any family members who will be scheduling with you.​​
