Meet The Team
Founder & Office Manager
Leah Sirois
Leah is originally from Kirksville, Missouri where she grew up involved in a variety of activities including student council, choirs and musicals, tennis, basketball, and track & field. She continued on to Missouri S&T in Rolla where she competed in the pole vault on the track & field team. She graduated from Missouri S&T with a Chemical Engineering degree and went to work for Phillips 66 in Wood River, IL as a Process Engineer. Leah met Dr. Taylor when she was working for Phillips 66 and living in St. Louis. She had never been to a chiropractor and thought chiropractic care was only for people with back pain. After getting under principled chiropractic care with Dr. Taylor, she has seen incredible improvements, not only in how she feels but also in how her body functions as a whole. She went from having terrible neck pain and reduced range of motion, to having no pain in her neck. She has also seen vast reductions in various health issues in her body and how often she was sick. Once Leah and Dr. Taylor were married, and she had seen her amazing improvements under principled chiropractic care, she decided to step away from her engineering career in order to open an office with him in Columbia, Missouri where she is the Office Manager. Her new passion for helping others find health and healing through principled chiropractic care has given her the faith to pursue this mission! She and Dr. Taylor are excited to serve the Columbia area and to call this city their home!

Her ultimate goal is to live a pharmaceutically drug free life and to continue passing along the message of health and healing that comes with principled chiropractic care! In the office, you can find Kendell working in the back office with insurance and finances or she is planning the office's upcoming events! When she is not in the office, she is spending her time with her husband, Jheron, three bonus babes Arieanna, Landon, Elaina and their new baby Emil on the farm, hiking around or exploring new places to eat! Chiropractic Team Lead
Katelyn
Katelyn was born and raised in the small southwest Missouri town of Schell City. Growing up Katelyn participated in FFA, volleyball, and many other extracurriculars in school. She now continues many of those hobbies and has discovered some new ones over the years. These include her passion for coffee, motorcycles, and plants, and continuing her love of sports and the great outdoors. She is always up for a fun-filled adventure. Columbia has been home for over 4 years now for Katelyn and she has been here a Restoration for almost as long. Being a practice member for a year and now a team member for 3+ years. She found her passion for chiropractic care while living in Davenport, IA. After being diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis and having 2 surgeries to remove her cysts, she was blessed to start chiropractic care and has not had to have any cyst removal surgeries since then. In her spare time, Kate loves spending lots of time with my fur baby Franky, her Australian Shepherd, and her boyfriend Andy! Fun Fact: She can water ski on 1 ski! She also used to barrel race as a kid!
Chiropractic Assistant
Michelle
Michelle started as a Practice Member at Restoration and became a team member after being under care for two years! She had spent most of her working years in the medical field but after noticeable relief from chiropractic for her migraines, she knew she needed to take a different approach to health and healing! Michelle was born and raised in Colorado, moved to Tennessee at 15 years old, and resided here in Missouri only three years ago. If you ask, Michelle will tell you that she loved what she did and helped THOUSANDS of people...but she felt God had led her here to make connections and heal alongside Practice Members here at Restoration Chiropractic and keep people well instead of fixing sick adults in emergency care. When Michelle isn't talking, joking, and smiling with Practice Members, you can find her hanging with her precious little pup, CocoBella, and her sweet family that means the world to her! She enjoys dancing, working out, biking, and being outside, and has the biggest heart and sweet tooth! With the slight Tennessee accent sticking around, Michelle "is fixin' to" educate you on how chiropractic care can help improve your life! Fun Facts: She had a full-ride soccer scholarship to Tennessee Wesleyan College, cheered in college, and played multiple sports growing up! She was also in 3 parades for baton twirling as a child!

He is Uncle Iain.. not the mean one from Alvin & the Chipmunks!

Katie
Katie grew up in the small town of Pocahontas, Arkansas. Growing up she was always outside with her sisters! They loved to ride bikes and play in the dirt! She participated in FFA, marching band, color guard, and many clubs in school. She still has a love for music and has always been an avid reader. Columbia has been Katie's home for nearly 10 years now, and she loves it! When she's not in the office, she loves to spend time with her family, especially her two kids, Luke and Eliana! Katie loves to be outdoors. You will find her outdoors, enjoying the trails of Columbia, or at some of the delicious locally-owned food spots! During the winter, she loves to snuggle up with her kids and enjoy a good movie with hot chocolate! Katie discovered her passion for chiropractic care after she had struggled with low back pain and IBS her whole life. She thought the way she was feeling was “normal.” It turns out, it wasn’t! Katie feels so blessed to have discovered chiropractic care and her whole body feels so much better and overall function is greatly improved!
Chiropractic Assistant
Raquel
Raquel grew up around 45 mins from Columbia in the small town of Huntsville, MO. After graduating high school, she attended Moberly Area Community College and earned an Associate's Degree in Teaching. Instead of pursuing a teaching career, however, Raquel found purpose in social work for the next 12 years before making the switch to Restoration Chiropractic! Raquel had no prior personal experience with chiropractic before coming to Restoration. However, she loves learning about how to live a healthier, more holistic life. She has seen the amazing results that family and friends have had with chiropractic care — so she was a believer when she walked through the door! She now looks forward to her own health journey with the help of regular adjustments and can’t wait to meet and serve all of the amazing Practice Members at Restoration Chiropractic! In her free time, Raquel enjoys hiking, exercising, going to concerts, and spending time on the Mississippi River with her boyfriend Jon. Fun fact: Raquel completed the Pikes Peak Challenge in 2019–hiking all the way to the summit in a single day! She would love to do it again in the future and see if she could beat her last finish time!
